Ruth Fennell Welcomes You to Nashville
While I have helped both buyers and sellers of all ages, my passion is helping Seniors and their families with real estate needs. These can range from selling: downsizing, decluttering, and staging to buying: one story vs. two story, accessibility vs. “visitability” to staying put and remodeling for “aging-in-place.” I make it my business to know what other senior-knowledgable, ethical professionals are in the area and partnering with them to meet my clients’ needs. Not only do I have the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, but I teach the SRES class which educates other real estate agents on how to work effectively with the Senior and their family. We realize that in today’s world, families aren’t always able to be “hands-on” and it is important that they find someone they can trust to do the right thing for their loved one. I am also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) which is another national cross-occupational designation which focused on helping Seniors and their families. I am an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and also just completed the Certified Aging-in-Place (CAPS) designation from the National Association of Home Builders. In addition to these four designations, I have achieved 12 other major real estate credentials while still doing over $14 million worth of transactions in the last four years, presenting seminars and teaching classes to other agents. In addition to teaching the SRES and pre-licensing classes, I have been an instructor / speaker in Florida, New York, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi. What does this mean to you? It means if you are looking for someone who will bring knowledge, experience and a passion for helping clients and their families, look no further. I am a consultant - not a salesperson. Call me at 615-975-(RUTH)7884 and I will help you by asking questions to determine your needs, giving information and offering options. Once you understand your choices, the decisions will be yours!
